Lights on with wipers?

My understanding was that when it’s raining and your windshield wipers are on that you’re required to have your headlights on. I thought most cars did this automatically? Almost thought they had to do it? It doesn’t seem like the headlights come on when the wipers are on with the grenadier, or are the daytime running lights Enough? I think those are always on anyways by default.

Some states have that law, but it is not a mandated feature of vehicles-- only of the driver operation of the vehicle.

I'm aware of a handful of vehicles that do this, but the vast majority do not, including the Grenadier
