After all the BS Ineos has put us through a quality of life software update should not cost anything. My BMW’s update often, and if it’s done at the dealership they don’t charge. It’s ridiculous if Lynn Calder thinks we should be paying for this.is it a tsb or something? the dealer will want someone to compensate them.
Thanks, I'll ask for clarification.
My Dealer set mine to the maximumYes, the dealers seem to have their own ideas on this stuff. When mine was in for repair last week I asked them to reset the service warning which is now showing 3000 miles overdue. They refused as they hadn't done the service! I doubt that is INEOS policy.
Aye ok then. All is clear.Yes..
I didn't even know they could do that. Funnily enough I have been exchanging emails with the IA Technical Director regarding the manuals and the code reader, just today I sent him a wish list of the things we would like the reader to do. One of them was set you own custom service interval shorter than the factory one.My Dealer set mine to the maximum
40 000KM at least that keeps me away from them for about 18 months.
I bet the feeling is mutual! My Dealer set mine to the maximum

It’s on its way back again, passenger footwell full of water, water nozzles keep falling out, Start/Stop acting up again, dash broken from last repair. Jus a shit showI bet the feeling is mutual!![]()
You go through the posts on Reddit from the OP and you see they are based in northern Georgia and worked as up to year ago a master technician for Lexus. Maybe that help narrow down the search. Thanks, I'll ask for clarification.

I dropped my Grenadier off at my local dealer (Rusnak Pasadena) this morning to have the windshield replaced and reset the service reminder since I did the service myself. While I was there I asked if they could do the software update. She smiled and said that she was planning on surprising me with it. They also gave me a brand new loaner with 25 miles on it. That is what I call great service.
Hey,whats going on with the stop start other than the factory programming can be scary at times? I thought you had that wedged.
Would this not be down to the fact your overriding a built in safety feature ?Hey,
I do have it wedged, and for some reason randomly it still just shuts off when stopped. Funky thing is the light goes out on the Start/Stop switch even though it’s wedged and the car doesn’t re start. It’s very very strange
This makes me very happy to hear this level of service from Rusnak Pasadena.I dropped my Grenadier off at my local dealer (Rusnak Pasadena) this morning to have the windshield replaced and reset the service reminder since I did the service myself.
