Has anyone heard what the annual subscription cost will be for the online software?

I was under the impression that the annual fee would be for buyers who weren't lured by the promise of online manuals.

Are you guys talking about the service manuals? when did they say they were doing that? would be unfortunate but the fact they are offering access to begin with feels too good to be true and unlikely to continue.

My email from them basically said my code was for one years access since I was an early adopter. After that it was to be a fee. I just didn't know what the fee was. However, I also don't like that it's an online only manual. I tried to take my vehicle to a local shop that does fantastic work and Ineos would not give them access to the manuals and told me they only permit work at the dealerships. Given the business practices of the dealerships as of late I don't plan on going back unless it's for warranty work.

Ineos in my opinion has really shot themselves in the foot! To keep it short there are so many problems with there business philosophy I do not think if they keep up the current process I do not think they will survive in the U.S. long term. The vehicle is basically an electronic brick unless you take it to the dealer. No service reset, you can't even change the TPMS on the tire. Let's just be honest with ourselves the Grenadier was not designed to be worked on by the consumer as they originally promised, otherwise these systems would have already been in place from day one!!!

Reach to them using their chat on their website. I sent them a scan of my insurance to prove I own it still then they send you login info.

I just went back and looked at the email communications about the service manuals I have sent or received, and none of mine indicate there is an expiration date .
