"...if I go to Ineos I get 12 months or end of warranty guarantee on the joint and any damage a failure may cause as I am standard everything."
Not trying to deprive Sven of a sale... but...

CRH, you are not the target consumer. You are within the factory warranty, you do not have a lift, and if your driveshaft fails, Ineos should replace it and repair any damage done as a result of its failure, all under warranty. Were I in your situation, I would continue to use the Ineos factory driveshaft.

Alternatively, I am Sven's target consumer. I have lifted my truck by 2.5" giving Ineos a reason to reject a warranty claim. And, because of the lift, extended 75+mph driving in south Texas 100°F heat, and periodic off road hijinks, my factory driveshaft is likely to fail.

This was the reason for my questions, I applaud Sven for what he has done and intend to purchase when out of warranty. It wad obvious that you were the target audience. I have discussed the questions further Sven in PM. I do feel that the prop shaft that Sven had developed is for all of us not just your specific use, I too drive at 70mph and would be terrified if it were to go at that speed. I also want it to be replaced with something that is for 'my type of use' too, not just lifted rock crawlers, hence all the questions, they were not just for me but for everyone reading the thread. If we realise this is the solution for all then all the better and more sales for Sven.

I could never figure out why tom woods wouldn’t make one like this. I just figured there was something in the art of the driveshaft I do not know.

For now, a cv is a small cardboard box to carry.

And laying on your back after midnight in the mud and snow on a high speed interstate highway as the drunks and lorries roll past while the nearest dealer is hundreds of miles away. If you travel far - stock or not - Sven's shaft may impart some peace of mind.

They won't make it for a few reasons. The first and foremost is that the angles exceed the joints published continuous angle. This is a problem I ran into for a long time. Everyone needs to understand that DC shafts are not designed or meant to operate at these angles. They will for a long time, but they aren't meant for it. Big shops including the one building my shafts don't like the liability. To get one built by a reputable shop took a lot of repetitive conversations. Second is having the correct fixtures to balance a shaft with the Rzeppa joint. Third is simply volume of shafts to be made.

America doesn’t have lorries.

I have a tom woods on my 40 that’s sharper than this. I don’t recall them asking the angle. “For off road use only” seems like the caveat.

Please explain in 'dumb' why you can't make one but Sven can. No criticism, I'm wanting for peace of mind and longevity when the warranty is finished?
I can use a spanner bit i don't understand any of your DC, repza joint stuff, I get in, drive, fix simple stuff and take the rest to the garage.
I also understand that a lot of you are real off road guys who build your own trucks to travel across the states or Australia but there are a lot of us who just get to drive some muddy tracks and spend the rest of the time on roads
Trying to understand, and do some Internet searching

Big rigs then. 18 wheelers. Peterbilts. Macs, Semis. Tractor trailers. Not to mention buses, boat-towing pickups, and Winnebagos. All on meth and tossing Gatorade bottles filled with pℹ︎ss onto the shoulder.

I hate breakdowns on the interstae.

I cannot speak to Sven's shaft and his qualifications or precision. But the Rzeppa joint is the big problem here in the USA. To properly balance a shaft with Rzeppa joints you need to"special" fixtures. Non OEM shaft builders are typically not qualified to build and balance Rzeppa shafts. It's honestly stupid and Tom Woods Kind of ticked me off since I offered to pay for all the fixtures they needed for their machines. But they also are tied to the shop in CA that Agile is using. So there may have been some political undertones that caused Woods to walk away. That said, I can say that Sven's shaft and my shaft both use Double Cardan joints that both exceeded their operating range. There is no magic behind either shaft that makes them work at extreme angles any better. We all just have to accept that in lieu of the failing boot we will have to deal with a DC joint that needs to be rebuilt more often than it would if it was in its operating range. The benefit being that fires are no longer a problem and the joint will let you know thousands of miles before disaster.

So, back on topic, Sven is simply more willing to accept the risk than the larger drive shaft shops here in the USA. I could have personally cobbled together a similar shaft to Sven over a year ago as he did. But I was/am working on a product backed by a large shaft builder in the USA so that quality is of the highest level and price is reasonable. I am in the home stretch of this and significant money has been spent. Both Sven's and my shaft will be similar and the advantages of either will be up for debate. I highly endorse Sven's shaft but it's always good to have options.

I always have a Gatorade bottle. I bet there’s a significant amount of sales due to the opening. :)

I can just manage the task using a Yeti Rambler if I keep real steady
