I've added a few things like a Redarc electrical setup, 480w solar, 270 awning, quick release brackets, shower tent, rear winch mount, mega molle box drawer system, etc and I'm pushing close to 38k at this point. I kind of expect a few more costs associated with extras in the install (all stuff that I asked for). Super pumped for the expected outcome in a week or so!

I think I'm first in line for their portals too. Just don't tell my wife how much all this costs.

With nothing on the bed, the stocks should be 2.4 inches of lift. I got down to 1.2 inches with half box and 19 gallons of water. Keep in mind, for every 100 pounds you lose .2 inches.

With my build out I lost 2.25" of height in the rear from when the truck was bone stock empty bed. Today the springs go on and I'll report on the ride comfort and height increase later.
