My car is heavy. I have the gp factor hidden winch and bullbar, bison gear roof rack, air compressor in the engine bay, two Jerry cans on side molle and a water tank. Hi-lift on ladder. Diabolical drawers full of stuff...
Rival skids, agile off-road gas tank protection, some metal cloak gear, dissent steel sliders.

I put my car on the scale and it's balanced front to rear and side to side. But it's 7,400 lbs with me inside... So heavy.

After much debate I decided to go with eibach HD 500lbs springs, eibach 1.7" lift up front, airbagman bags in case I tow and fox 2.5 shocks. I also installed 285/70/R17 Yokohama Geolandar G003 M/T tires.

The HD are about 1.4" of lift in the rear.

The car drives amazing! Much, much better than stock IMHO. I had people in the car who only knew the stock ride and they commented on how good the car drives both at high speed over rust and bumps in the desert as well as on highway and on rocks.

I think this is a winning combo for cars with a bit of weight on them. I really, really like what I got going here!

I'm going to suggest this might be the combo for any Grenadier that travels. I am very suspicious of the spring rates on my truck. The rears are just too soft which contributes to the rear lifting significantly when braking. On the highway if you swerve a bit the truck rolls heavily. That's all completely unloaded. I have Kings.

I am either going to try the HD sway bars which won't help the rear hiking or I will try some super heavy rear springs. I'm glad you posted this report, and I need to ID my eibachs and see what rate they are. They are one of the really early sets.

@Dokatd you describe well how my car drove on the factory reds.
And I upgraded to them from greens that my car came with from factory .
I considered black but I didn't think the factory black spring in rate was the right ticket either (not to mention not very cost effective).

In it's current configuration the car is really well controlled and not much bodyroll or diving when braking at all. I probably hit 7,800 or 7,900 lbs this weekend with a trunk loaded with stuff and two men up front. Just a really great combo between the eibach 1.7" lift up front and eibach HD 500lbs in the rear. I also added metalcloak adjustable front and rear track bars. Probably overkill but I got a great deal on them.

I am debating if it's worth adding eibach adjustable sway bars. I'll probably do it. Low price and i have had good experiences with adjustable sway bars.

But yeah. I think this is the sweet spot configuration for a grenadier with armor and some aftermarket added to it. I also think 33" tires is the ideal size for this car. Perfect tradeoff between handling and clearance in my opinion. Also look good with these springs.

I also should share that I talked to a person I really trust who works with grenadiers daily and has worked on a very large number of them as a part of the Ineos service organization. And I know him well enough personally I don't think he would BS me, he shared that the would discourage me from the 2.5" lift, he has seen a lot of fault with that lift. He also said that the 1.2-1.4" rear and 1.7" front has worked out really well with about the same failure rate on the rzeppa joint as the factory springs. If course he would never be public with that and I'm assuming I've voided my warranty but I felt good hearing that.

He also think the drive quality with the HD springs is really good for grenadiers in my weight class.
