Captain MorganI must admit I'm partial to Irish whiskey generally, and very much like the Jameson Stout Cask as my day to day drink of choice.
I'm firmly in the Highland's camp with Dalwhinnie my pick.
I have been drinking a bit of Japanese whisky recently, my son bought me a bottle of Nikka Taketsuru recently and I like it a lot.
My spirit of choice though is normally Caribbean rum. I'm always on the hunt for something I haven't had before.
That said, I'm a wine guy. That journey just gets better and better the more I learn.

A dram is a sluggJust made myself a Long Island Iced Tea. That be 5 drams, assuming a dram is 30 ml.
Just googled a dram, seems it can be from 1/16 of an oz, to an oz or more.
