Out of curiosity, why did you choose DGB over Milltek? It seems nice! I just don’t really understand the 2.8x price difference. Perhaps I’m missing something!

If I understand correctly, there is no welding required, even at the cut. Is that correct? I ordered mine a few days ago. I’m pumped! Especially after hearing how much you like yours.

The milltek variants I have seen are weld in, the Kooks clamps togerher and uses factory mounting points and is really well made.

The OEM exhaust is welded in and requires at lest one cut to remove, cutting once over the rear axle is the least invasive should you choose to retain or sell the old exhast.

Correct. Cut OEM pipe and the Milltek sleeves over and clamps.

You will love it! The sound is very sweet. Shen you put your foot into it, you will love it!

I’m yet to go down that path, looking at how things integrate with an extended fuel tank at the moment.

From my research @INEOS OG comment covers it. Kooks consistently receives positive comments.

For me it came down to 1). Build quality, 2). Kooks is made in the USA by a family who employs generations of craftsmen, 3). Sound / flow (actually ties with #1) and 4). These were developed by a forum member / small business owner.

I get it, I was cost adverse for a minute, but if quality, history, heritage, and supporting small business matter, the cost suddenly becomes really affordable. At least it did for me.

I have the Milltek exhaust and love it. It is much louder than stock and sounds like a big V8. I highly recommend it. View attachment 7886832

Does it affect your INEOS warranty? I'm looking at putting the Miltek on my Grenadier and was going to go with the non-resonated but the exhaust specialist I spoke today with said it'll probably affect warranty and insurance....thoughts?

I have the Milltek exhaust non-resonated and love it. It is loud on start up as the idle is high due to the electronic throttle. Then sounds amazing and gurgles and growls. It is very cool.
