General Engine won't start in cold temperatures

Hello and good day,
the (petrol) engine of my 2023 Grenadier won't start below 5 degrees Celsius. The display shows a red ERROR and several error messages appear in succession (TSA, ESC, brakes, uphill assist, transmission, service overdue, power steering etc.).
I had the same problem last winter. By the time I got a service appointment, the temperatures had already risen again and the problem couldn't be found. Now it's happening again. My dealer doesn't have an appointment available until February 24th, and I'm afraid it will be warmer again by then.
Until then, I'll have to heat the garage with an electric fan heater in the mornings when it's cold outside. I charged the battery overnight. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
Kind regards
John Moses

Is the fuel information normally red like that? Could that have something to do with it?

I think you have a faulty battery.

Note that the SOC is a measure of current in/out and is unaware that your battery may have a fault.

The reading of 12.2v suggests the battery is between 25% and 50% charge. If you fully charged the battery then the voltage should be 12.8 to 13.0.

So it looks like the battery is not accepting charge, cold temperatures making the situation worse.

This problem is often caused by letting an agm battery fully discharge and then leaving it for a week or so, fairly common for dealerships to do that especially if they have been opening and shutting doors to show the vehicle to new customers.
