Hey everyone — figured it was time for an update on our Ineos Grenadier build and where this project is heading for Wilton Off-Road. Things escalated rather quickly 😈

Last year we originally started simple with a JB4 piggyback from Burger Motorsports and were already seeing ~400 hp and 500 lb-ft of torque — which was wild for such a heavy-duty platform.

But that was just the warm-up.

We’ve now successfully unlocked the factory DME, ditched the JB4 completely, and have written multiple custom tunes — one for E85 and one for 91 octane. The truck responds insanely well to real tuning, and now we’re officially aiming for the 600 hp range.

Here’s the current hardware setup:

🔧 Engine & Fuel System

  • MaxxECU (handling port injection)
  • CSF port injection manifold
  • 650cc port injectors

💨 Forced Induction & Airflow

  • PureTurbos Pure600 turbocharger
  • Catless downpipe into Milltek Exhaust system
  • Vivid Racing titanium charge pipe with custom-welded BOV

🔥 Ignition Upgrades

  • Dinan coil packs
  • NGK one-step colder plugs
…and plenty more supporting mods going on behind the scenes.

📈 Where we’re headed

The goal now is reliable 600+ hp, real tuning (not piggybacks), and proving the Grenadier can be way more than just an overland rig. We’re logging, refining boost control, dialing in fueling on ethanol, and pushing this platform where nobody really has yet.

If anyone’s curious about tuning strategy, fuel system layout, dyno results, or what the Grenadier drivetrain is handling so far — happy to share updates as we go.

This thing is about to RIP. 🚀
