Part I used - this one has the longest air hose, compare to those on Amazon

(A) You can read from other posts about how to remove the seat_back. it is not a easy task. Unfortunately I broke my two bottom tap by pushing it at the wrong places.
(B) Insert the air bladder behind the wires. I added hard plastic between the bladder and wire back, I dont want to take any chances damaging the back support air bag
(C) route the air hose under the seat and secure the pump per your liking
(D) Putting the seat_back back is equally challenging. Since I broke the lower 2 clips, I need to use two car-body fastener to secure the seat_back
