A great video discussing servicing requirements after mods including changes of Great Vehicle Mass (GVM) and/or Gross Vehicle Mass (CGM). A very informative video, I watched it all.

It reminded me why I monitor temps on trips and have increased servicing when the car is pushed hard.

JMACX confirms GVM and CVM are coming for the INEOS (as well as the Aplha 2.0 shocks). The INEOS testing is all done, JMACX are waiting website changes to launch it (and the Prado 250 with it). So probably public before Christmas.

Good share, thank you. We're fortunate to have some great automotive capabilities and companies in Australia.

IA obtained a new type approval for Grenadier on 29/10/2025.
The current approval is accessible from here if you're interested. Copy also attached. This is the updated Euro6 approval that all new heavy vehicles (GVM over 3500kg) have to meet to be compliant with the heavy vehicle emissions requirements (ADR 80/04) after 1/12/2025.

All Second Stage of Manufacture (SSM) approval holders had to reapply for approval after IA got their new type approval because they're linked. IA is the first stage manufacturer. JMACX, JRACE, DMW et al are second stage manufacturers.
All that is to say that the reapproval process has delayed SSMs from rolling out GCM and GVM kits, in addition to their own development timelines.

I think your autocorrect hates you today:
GVM. Gross Vehicle Mass. The maximum weight of the vehicle.
GCM. Gross Combination Mass. The maximum weight of the vehicle and trailer combined (when coupled together).
