General Debris coming through to floor vents

Has anyone had outside debris blow through the vents? In New Mexico we have small dried flowers from trees in the spring. I noticed them coming through the passenger side floor vent. Never experienced in any of my cars before.

Has anyone had outside debris blow through the vents? In New Mexico we have small dried flowers from trees in the spring. I noticed them coming through the passenger side floor vent. Never experienced in any of my cars before.

It’s coming through the fresh air intake via the cabin filter underneath the passenger side glove box. Might need a new filter, may not be fitted correctly or the wrong cabin filter because it’s got gaps on either side.
