D&G 4x4 Tuning?

Has anyone else here purchased anything from D&G 4x4 Tuning (dgtuning.com)? If so, How were your dealings with them?

On August 25, 2025, I emailed D&G, asking if they had a version of their Grenadier snorkel that accepts a Sy-Klone pre-cleaner. On August 28, 2025, I received a reply from Jurgen. He said that he would ask his workshop if a custom snorkel could be made to accommodate the Sy-Klone. Fast forward to September 15. Jurgen acknowledged via email that he had received the requisite full pre-payment for the custom snorkel via wire transfer and that production would start that week. "You can expect a lead time of approximately 4 weeks for manufacturing, powder coating + shipping", I was told. Dieter would handle the correspondence from then on because he was in charge of the workshop.

Week 6 passed without a word. I decided to email Dieter to ask for an update. No reply.

October 31: I emailed Jurgen asking if he knew anything about my order status.

November 5: Received a reply from Jurgen. He said that he "heard there was a large delay in laser cutting production" and that he didn't have any more information on that. He cc'ed Dieter in that email.

Week 8: Zero replies from Dieter. I sent him a text message yesterday asking for an update. Nothing. I called him this morning. Went to voicemail. I left a message asking him for order status.

How would you proceed?
 
This does not help you, but if forum members get poor service like you describe, I delete the link to these firms. A couple have already gone from my lists.
 
It was a "long weekend" in Belgium because 11 November is day off for the end of WW1 (World War One - I hate abbreviations ;) ), this could explain the lack of response yesterday and previous days. (DGTuning is from Belgium). But, indeed, if they don't respond in the next hours, this isn't OK.
