Coil Springs (specs v build)

From what I was told all the OEM springs originate outside the US. When I first inquired about pricing sometime around the middle of last year, I was quoted around $150/ea for the springs. When it came time to order in February of this year, the pricing had changed drastically
Did you keep you old springs?

Indeed, usually I trash any original parts, but I brought them home as another local-ish owner wanted stock springs, but he hasn't replied to any of my emails, so they are in my garage awaiting a dump run

I was quoted $1,200 for a set of black rear springs.
About 10 months ago I bought a set of red front springs for $400.

I'm going to ask a few other dealers for quotes although I think I would be happier with the 1.7/1.2 eibach springs. I just don't want to lose my driveshaft warranty.

Our local dealer is fitting the Eibach HD 40mm springs, you'd have to consult with your dealer as to the warranty situation. Supply only for the springs (front/rear) was only $650 AUD

I have been running those springs now for 10K Klms without issue, our local dealership fits them as an option. I know personally 15 owners that have them fitted also without issue

Don’t know if you replaced fronts too, but have you compared loose springs? I know LR spring were dimensionally similar so you could swap positions, opening up options.

I did new OEM front and rears... The front and rear springs are vastly different in size (and the rears are progressive)
