No laughs; they realise without thrift and hard graft they won't be flying international business class in their 60s.definitely antediluvian. The youngsters in your family must have a great laugh at your expense.

We had a fridge like that from the 1950s. It belonged to my Dad's Aunt. She died and it went into our garage and lasted something like 60 years in total.
