When you use the ladder to adjust the roof goodies and accidentally stand on the deflector.
Which deflects your ankle and you fall from the "neurosurgical height" as we say in the trade

Well I have the rear spoiler on mine, and I love it! It used to piss me off big time every time it rained and you opened the back doors there’d not only be water on your head, but down the inside the doors and on the rear floor. It is functional, maybe not as a spoiler but as a water deflector, ……..
and I’M NOT WET BEHIND THE EARS anymore
