Brown Davis or Long Range Automotive?

The sound is awesome. 8-)
Ha! Totally individual right. I was quite surprised to find that I really like the OME exhaust. I figured it would be very quiet as nearly all new vehicles are. But it has an actual sporty exhaust note. Not saying that it couldn't be better. I can handle loudish (my 2006 Wrangler for example), but droning is a killer on long drives.

Is the lra tank compatible with the metal cloak rear skid reinforcement bracket?
I was looking into some of them before, if I remember correctly if it isn't a tuck skid plate it will work with factory bolt locations it will work with LRA tank.

Share an audio clip of the sound. Interested in that.
I am disappointed at the drone sound at 3,000 rpm, particularly when climbing I-70.
After you have driven a bit I would be curious to get your opinion of the sound inside. it bugs me, I never would have thought to remove the resonators.

The shock reservoir relocations works great for me.
Not sure if this file will work or not but cold start which is the loudest part of the exhaust process. Disclaimer this was backed into a garage so you also get much of the echo as well. More driving I cannot hear it at all unless I have window down and radio mute and give it some throttle. I might look to putting a high flow cat in to open it up a bit more.

That sounds like a Morgan +6 - same engine, different output tune.

Yeah. I have had the LRA tank for a year. The startup is the loudest, but dang it sounds good. I have no complaints about anything, except that 3,000rpm range drone. This conversation makes me wonder if another resonator might change the drone. I am sure Brown Davis did a design that worked, but there may be other options out there. When BD first launched, the resonator was cylindrical, but what was I received was a square resonator.

So I assume you still have the OEM resonator on your ride? Then you have the res LRA comes with and the muffler it comes with just before the tank? Sadly I never really had mine for more than 40miles with all that on before it went back so I never noticed a drone. I had them cut all that crap out except the rear muffler and I don't get a drone that can be heard YET.... I will have to take it up I17 to do a massive hill climb to really get that apple to apple test but in town 80-85 sounds whisper quiet too me.
