Bosch service agent in Uttoxeter. Angus McKinnon.

Just had my second service. Did all the right things; answered the phone, quoted a price, sent reminder texts, friendly staff at the counter, stamped my service book without being asked, provided a checked version of the official service instructions and even gave it a cursory wash.

Can't fault them.

I am Very Satisfied with the Sales and Service at Rusnak INEOS in Pasadena, California.

Very satisfied with LeTech. Competent team, always approachable and helpful. I like going to this dealer, who I deliberately chose myself. Ineos had suggested another dealer to me when I placed my order, who in my opinion has no experience with 4x4s at all.
LeTech also has a small burger restaurant attached. The burgers and everything around are of the same high quality as the work in the workshop. As I have a very long journey, I take the opportunity to have lunch while my Grenadier is being worked on.

Well despite my initial frustrations with Adventure Automotive in Northampton, due to poor communication ,I’m happy with the service I received. Staffing issues and the overwhelming work load due to other dealer closures, has meant communication hasn’t been as good as it should and the workshop is overloaded with servicing and warranty/campaign work. This is all being addressed with extra staff being taken on and a new showroom is in the pipeline. Apparently the showroom will move across to where the BMW motorcycle showroom is now. Staff were really nice and very enthusiastic about Ineos Automotive and potential to expand their own workshop and sales capacity.
Serviced based on a 36k miles service done at 30k miles. All lockers inc ignition barrel changed and new keys. New windscreen washer jets as one had given up. Fuel filler breather cleared out due to being blocked up with Sahara sand. All items checked as per service and campaign requirements. £490 for service inc filters and fluids etc.
Special thankyou to Steven Nash at Adventure for being so helpful and understanding. He is very focused on trying build the brand and give a good customer experience.

Brighton Automotive have been very good to deal with - communication is excellent and they do what is required - particular shout out to their service advisor - Martin Russell.

Very happy with Compass Automotive, service and aftercare.

Tom Alex and Martin always ready to help, sort issues and obtain what is asked for

Satisfied with RDS in PA, but haven't had need for their service department yet.
Same with me. RDS was easy to deal with during the sale process and with my initial questions during the first few weeks of ownership. I cleared the fuel code myself the one time it happened. I received the locks recall letter and will report how that goes once it is complete. Hopefully that will be accompanied by a software update.

Mossy Ineos in Houston has been solid so far. No complaints but they also haven't blown me out of the water. I've been waiting quite a while for a new windshield but I don't blame them as it seems to be a supply issue.

I deal with Sewell Ineos Grenadier in Plano Tx. They get me in and out and all issues, not very many really, are taken care of. They installed roof rack and lights very professionally as well.

Saw this post from the Kenyan grenadier on insta and it sure made me smile. That’s exactly my own experience of Ineos service both in Australia and Namibia. Couldn’t be more pleased tbh. Guess we must just be lucky.

We're in Cape Town @westincpt and @smg_ineosgrenadier_wc is two minutes away. Just dropped my grenadier off for a service before we head out in to the wild of Namibia! Two hours and it'Il be done. That's convenience!
The service network in Africa is actually perfect. We've scheduled services every 7000-7500km while traveling between Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia, Zambia and back to Kenya with ease.
Well done @ineos_grenadier - that's precisely what I needed for the confidence to do this expedition. Having said that, the Grenadier hasn't skipped a beat. It just keeps going!
Thank you Dean at SMG for a convenient appointment and drop off! Now breakfast!!!

Big 5 out of 5 for Keith Gotts in Alton, Hants.

Top team. Just wished could be closer!

Sewell in Plano TX has been outstanding for me, waiting on a windshield, but other than that they have always been able to care for the truck’s needs and get me in and out quickly. Always with a loan car.

Very satisfied with Riess, Weißensberg, Bavaria, Germany. Outstanding technical competence, premier service, complete transparency, and full value for money. Established in 1928, Riess is a leading Mercedes AMG powerhouse but with a large Ineos division. Fully committed, seems everybody on their Ineos team drives a Grenadier as a company car, and sometimes family members drive Grenadiers, too.

Also very satisfied with Becker-Tiemann Schaumburg, Wunstorf, Lower Saxony, Germany (who come from the BMW end of things).
