Air regulator and hoses for tire de/inflation?

I have KO3s and Nokian LT3 snow tires on 17 inch steel OEM rims Ordered an Owl under passenger seat air compressor.

Looking for a way to deflate and inflate the tires. It seems that some tires do better with a differential of Front/Back, so I was thinking about a hose set up that will fill two tires at a time from the front seat.

I see there are electronic gauges- will they also automatically stop the flow of air at a certain pressure on filling? On deflating? Or get the value stems for airing down.

I see that the value stems on the IG have an extra set of threads on them? Is this for specialized adaptions?
