Air Conditioning (blowing hot) fix - or just deal with it?

I've already read through MANY posts on the forum and other online groups (Facebook, Reddit, etc).....but I seem to be getting the A/C gremlin every now and then when I start up the vehicle too quickly (where it will just blow hot air regardless of what I do). The only thing to fix it is exit the vehicle, lock it, and wait about 10-15 minutes....then it will blow ice cold like nothing ever happened.

My main question - is there an actual fix from the dealers, or is this just a software / wiring glitch that some owners have to live with? My vehicle build is 02/24....Im not sure if later 24 models have better luck with this...or its just hit and miss...

If so - its really not that big of a deal....I just want to make sure there isn't an actual fix from the dealers before I just chalk this one up to being a Grenny Gremlin for the rest of its life.

Thanks!

Technically the module reset time after locking is 5min 30 seconds from what we were told by the project manager :P So you don't need to wait 10-15 minutes...

I've had this happen maybe a half dozen times in the past 10 months or so and am just living with it. Unless it has changed in recent months, the last time I investigated it the "fix" is to replace the HVAC box as it is sold as one part number, and hope that the new one doesn't do it. With that being said, replacement involves removing the dash, so time that with any other things you may need at the same time.
