Australasia Add Towing Menu to Console Menu

Add a Towing tab to the Console Menu which can show at minimum:

• Turbo PSI; and
• Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT).

Both are critical to monitor when towing a van or trailer. This may be as simple of adding these to the existing Temperatures Menu.

The BMW engine ECU monitors both these items.
