34” K03

All good, I won't buy BFG's. Baja's are basically the same weight as comparable 34.6" tires. And a lighter tire is typically lighter duty... unless they're smaller.

MT Baja Boss ATs are heavy af.
But they’re the only 34”+ tire that is E load rated that’ll fit stock suspension as well. The load rating may matter to some.
I’m interested in the MTs or the Toyos in 10.5x34s when mine are worn. The toyos are 7lbs lighter each, but smaller and lighter load rated.

Not in my situation. The Mickeys are almost 10 lbs heavier than the KO3s.

I'd love to run 35x12.5s, but the front driveshaft pinion angles and resulting driveshaft failure is a lift non-starter for me. I also don't like the idea of running 35s without some type of viable regearing option which may or may not ever come given the speculative long term future of IA.

This leaves me with the 295/70/17s which requires zero modification to the stock suspension and the rear hatch. I'll standby happily.

Turn your front wheel, check the inside. Turn the other way, check the outside.
Are you wanting measurements? They do not rub even at full lock and flex. I've had these on all last summer offroading in Colorado and Moab UT, plus all of last weekend at MERUS adventure park near Amarillo. Happy to measure if that is what you are looking for.

Bejezus man. What kind of a dog do you have in the back there
Ha, I was on an articulation rack so I could see how much flex the suspension had. Drive up the rack on the front left until the rear left looses traction. It fully had the rear stuffed in the wheel well.

For that size, I see it, but they’re only 33.25” calculated. The 34.6” MTs weigh the same and I wouldn’t bother regearing.

They weigh the same because 255s are pizza cutters. Speedo off. Shifting patterns off likely requiring more frequent downshifts especially on inclines. May require a lift?

Hard pass.

I’ve not read anyone observe any shifting changes here, but would be interested in reading if I missed that somewhere. That would only relate to the diameter of the tire, not the width. A lift is not required, and that has been verified several times here.
