Don't tell them there are other warm spots in our great nation...Looks good. It was 80 when we were in our pool this afternoon. I guess you have to pay the gas price if you feel you can’t beat the weather!
As a born and raised Texan that lived through 30 years of August heat, trust me when I say, I’m not looking for warm. If you know of any places that are 65-75 and sunny most of the year with sub $4 gas, I’ll move tomorrow. Also no mosquitos.Don't tell them there are other warm spots in our great nation...![]()
Nothing provided. Are there any cutouts or tie downs on the deck to secure a fridge?

Hello Franz,Hi Peter,
What brand of geyser is that? I have a similar one in the van but they don't make them anymore and have been replaced with these:

I really like that set up. Would definitely go for that but unfort my dog crate is 29" in height so cannot have the three combo of top shelf/bottom shelf and crate.Installed the Dometic/Frontrunner Grenadier Storage system and four Wolfpack Pro boxes. This is a lightweight alternative to a drawer system. It's removable by four bolts and attaches to the utility rail mounting holes (new bolts and spacers are supplied).
I have Drifta drawers with built-in fridge slide and camp table in my Isuzu DMax. They're great but a lot of dead weight and not straightforward to remove so they stay fitted and fill up withshistuff.
With boxes I can keep them loaded with the stuff I only carry on trips and take them out when I don't need them.
The frame deck is about 560mm (~22 inches) below the cargo shelf so I can still fit my 30 litre weekender fridge on top although the lid will be restricted.
The frame is straightforward-ish to assemble. There are a couple of errors in the instructions but if you read ahead so you know what's coming you can figure it out. It was helpful that @bigleonski let me check out his setup so I had an idea what to expect. Thanks for the tips Leon
A LOT of short M6 nuts and bolts so if you have sausage fingers you might need a dexterous assistant. It's the lovechild of IKEA and Meccano. I put blue Loctite on all fasteners because some will be a PITA to get to again if they come loose.

A lower crate isn't an option? What if you changed the dog's name to Kneel?I really like that set up. Would definitely go for that but unfort my dog crate is 29" in height so cannot have the three combo of top shelf/bottom shelf and crate.
Did you have a Meccano set as a kid?
Probably at their limit and the cages are not cheap!A lower crate isn't an option? What if you changed the dog's name to Kneel?
Good looking dogs. I miss my Labrador.Probably at their limit and the cages are not cheap!
