What did you do with your Grenadier today?

I was in the UK waiting for the train to France and started scrolling the radio stations, that french one showed up with a logo and then pictures of the artists playing.
I had never seen that before.
That's curious, because when I use a USB stick in the wife's 124 Spider I get the track artwork. Yet if I use the same USB stick in the Grenadier I don't. I just assumed the Grenadier infotainment head didn't support artwork. Likewise with DAB stations no carrier wave on the Grenadier.

Currently in Friesland, the North of the Netherlands, acting as my mother's chauffeur for a 5 day trip from Colchester to Leeuwarden, then various drives around the area. We are due back on Sunday evening.

Diesel is a scary €2.409/l, road speeds are low, not often above 100kph and there are pedal cycles everywhere!

Another picture from Heerenveen, I have dropped one into the monthly competition.

My mother doesn't walk too well, so the size of the Grenadier's luggage space is very useful for her buggy to fit. She needs a portable step to get in and that broke yesterday evening causing a minor panic until we bought a new one later in the evening. (Without the Internet, we would have been doomed as there was none locally, we ended up 20 odd km away in Sneek.

We have to use the step stool for in-laws and Mom when she visits so totally get the panic!

Looks good. It was 80 when we were in our pool this afternoon. I guess you have to pay the gas price if you feel you can’t beat the weather!

Yesterday.I smelled then caught sight of a guy with a Bunnings trolley loaded up with 11 bales of Whoflundung brand manure mulch.
When the shite hits the fan, preppers are quick to act.
Well done that man. Might take the old Landy down to get some myself.
Fertiliser prices are mirroring fuel now. If you can get it.

I wonder if our muck heap will become an asset instead of a liability that has to be emptied to frequently 💩
