What did you do with your Grenadier today?

There isn't enough fuel or time for the remote back and forth required.
And you pay a lot more for fuel in our country.
You should visit and hire a 4wd and discover. Could be an adventure.
I have visited, 2000-2015 I was a frequent visitor, business and tourist (20x). Last in NSW 3 years ago for 2 weeks.
I have asked Expedition HQ and Purnell if they would rent a Gren for 2 weeks, but it appears the answer is no. (I can rent a Gren in Iceland).
I find Utah and Nevada are similar in many ways, but don't have beaches.
We have the same problem with fuel caches. In Nevada we could bury a barrel 50% and it would last for years. But people will stay everything.
But I do have the Rocky Mountains in my back yard.

Nice. Still a lookie-loo on here and having trouble deciding on my eventual Grenadier color. This pic makes a strong case for this one (but I like pretty much all of them). Now if I can come to terms with the front driveshaft issue we might be good to go.

Also! Watching Ronny Dahl’s last instalment of his Canning Stock Route adventure, listening to his camera guy Chris describe how their fuel drop was stolen on a previous CSR trip has lead me to believe those days of caching fuel are over. People can’t be trusted with an expensive commodity any longer.
True. Grubs everywhere. And worse to come as Mad Max scenario approaches.

In anticipation of the imminent deliveries, what did you do with your Grenadier this weekend?

Tell the community and share the love, and pictures, lots of pictures.

This thread will remain locked until the first member tells me they have taken delivery.
We drove it home from KO Ineos! Let the adventure begin!

All the colors are great. It's just silver that is the best.
:)
I think the drive shaft issue is way overblown unless you have big lifts and drive fast across the desert. I want to lift mine with the MetalCloak 2.5" and have been following everything here and Facebook. I have been using Claude AI to monitor and analyze.
Is the issue real? - Yes
If it happens to me is it bad? - Yes
Will I drive across the desert at 80mph for hours? - Yes, no matter what. That is what my last 10,000 miles were.
I am data driven, and the only data that exists states the problem is real, but in my mind, very low risk.
Go have fun!
And silver is the most unique color, not many on the road.

Had a snorkle installed on the weekend. Was originally paying for the OEM GrenX Aluminium one.... but they are on hold for some time apparently. So here we are with a boy racers snorkel. Actually Its pretty cool. A very nice piece of design and engineering from GrenX and his associates.
