It was engineered in Germany, with the initial work by MB Tech and latterly by Magna. The shape is arguably British!

Are Lucas making the Ineos wipers ? Because mine are on permanently and won’t turn off.

Installed Koni Raid dampers in my driveway. Rears were a little annoying to install, but ultimately pretty simple, about two hours total, doing it blind. Fronts were insanely simple, 15min each side. 2.5hrs total. Will test them out this weekend up in Tahoe.

Brand new they ride firmer than stock but rebound is WAY more controlled, but even in the few two hours, they’re starting to smooth out and break in some.

Fuse FI03 is your friend to temporarily pause those pesky wipers.
Interior electrical centre. Under the seat. Near the main battery.

What are the shocks set at when installed?

They were set full soft from the factory. I turned them a half turn firmer. Remains to be seen if I like the ride or if I’m gonna adjust them. (I’ll probably just leave them like this and adjust when the shocks break in and need more rebound damping)

This all sounds about right, British come up with the perfect idea and design, it's the pesky foreigners that mess it all up, typical

I installed a matching Ineos drivers side grab handle short after picking up my Trialmaster last July (‘24) before the aftermarket had started producing them and well before most US dealers knew they were available.

It did the job, it was OEM, but it was pricey (prices early on were nutty for the bolt hole covers). It was good, but not great. The fit changed depending on the weather, there are foam inserts on the OEM handles that helped improve the fitment until the matching grey color turned brown.

I ran into these recently online and despite not having actual installed images on their website seemed a worthy addition. These are from Racefoxx and made in Germany. They are cast aluminum, cnc machined, and blasted smooth.

Shipping weight was a bit over 7 pounds so they come in at 3.5 pounds each. They attach with the original hardware which becomes invisible when installed.

Today I installed a 270w semi flexible solar panel to the roof of my Alucab Silenus roof conversion on my Grenadier, along with a Victron 100/20 mppt controller.

Installed my Leitner 3/4 Rack & front bumper light bar mount today. Will work on wiring up the roof & front bumper area later once I finalize my plans for lights.

Mine should arrive today. Would have been here sooner but UPS effed that up.

I went black and will probably go white for the lettering. Thought about red and orange but certainly leaning white.

A few lessons learned. The Pentel whiteout didn’t go as planned and using rubbing alcohol to clean thins up took the shine off the anodized finish. It’s still black but lost its luster. I bought some anodized aluminum cleaner which helped but still can tell it’s not the same.

I think the whiteout dried too quickly and then I struggled to remove excess not down in the grooves. Maybe paint is the next effort.

Took some off-road tracks from Lyons Colorado up to the peak to peak highway then over to rocky mountain national park for a camp out with Darling the dog. 23F / -5C tonight. Winter is coming.

After leaving Las Vegas and the SEMA Show, Friday we drove the Grenadier up to Beatty, Nevada and entered Death Valley from there. We did about 50 miles offroad in Death Valley, ending up about 10 miles from the nearest road in Cottonwood Canyon trail where we camped. Spent some more time in Death Valley this morning before beginning our trek back east; right now we're enjoying the Zion Canyon Hot Springs. Tomorrow we'll drive to Moab and do some trails there tomorrow afternoon and Monday. An overlook on a trail down into Death Valley:
