A bit of a cross over with another post. Fitted a Toughdog steering damper. Took about 15 minutes.

Steering very much improved!
Hi landman,

It is interesting you don't find setting 9 as stiff as factory, I find setting 6 close to factory setting on mine, and setting 9 stiffer than factory.
When I installed my Tough Dog damper I put the adjuster facing back for protection, the adjuster is still easy to get to.
I ordered one before they started manufacturing and got one of the first delivered, so possibly they may have changed the settings?.

While the wing fits the vehicle profile nicely, an wondering if it has any effect in reducing the accumulation of dust/mud/road grime on the rear windows and doors or how it might be adapted to achieve this.

Sadly, I traded my Grenie for a Toyota to make my wife happy. Happy wife, Happy life.
I can say it is a little less stressful owning a Toyota, as it's a mass-produced vehicle will create an immediate response to any issues that arise.

Of course, all of the complaints you see here, also appear on the Toyota forum! No big surprise!

Maybe I need to play around a bit more, I only did a 20 minute drive, jumping out to change the setting every few minutes.

"Happy Wife, Happy Life" usually eventually leads to a life of unfulfilled dreams and regrets. All kidding aside, Nice new ride and like the canopy.

From what I have noticed is "slightly" in reducing the effects of dust/mud/road grime. The best effect I have noticed after installing the wing is in eliminating the waterfall I experienced when I opened the back doors during the rain.

ill keep you posted for sure no water leaking in the back doors now when opening :)

No problem sharing the file - just making some final adjustments.
Larger radius next to magnet - looks more like the GME product

I tried printing this one with PLA. It came out shiny, but not glossy enough to match the piano finish so will go back to the PLA-CF which gives a nice matt finish.

Magnet came with the UHF kit I brought from GME | XRS-370C4P
They sell the magnetic mount separately
MB207 | Magnetic Microphone Mounting Bracket
But you could probably buy something local/amazon and modify the print to suit.

Not sure where to post the file or what format.
The original design is in Autodesk Fusion
I’d love a copy of this model.
Can you export as an STL file? You should be able to upload this to the Resources section linked here:

Love this! Went to Bison Gear website but did not see this option under the Grenadier section. May I ask where you sourced it?

Just collected mine today!

Even happier than expected. After 23 years in Land Rovers, I have to say this IS THE CAR Land Rover should have built in 2015 when the proper Defender ceased. Sir Jim has saved the world from bland cars
Change your profile to 'Grenadier owner'. Be proud of your ownership and let everyone know you are properly committed 👍

Afternoon puttering. Installed diff skids and rear control arm covers which have been sitting around waiting for a free Saturday. It's a random assortment under here... agile, metalcloak, rival...

I took advantage of a warmer morning and installed the pvc trim around the windscreen as per the Owl video.

Swapped the standard 50mm tow-ball for the freshly resprayed ball and pin that saw service on the last few new Defenders and couple of 4x4 pickups. Forgive the Land Rover grease cap!

In a MD Wear and Carry renewal class today and during the discussion on use of deadly force, we're getting a lecture on what can be considered a deadly weapon. Right after talking about how a car can be a deadly weapon, the instructor goes... "And who's the owner of that INEOS Grenadier out there? I'd like to talk to them after class". 🤣

He had all sorts of the usual questions we all get. Such a hoot.
