yes i had RDS Ineos dealer in PA order me new ones and they painted them so i still have my new OEM set in black. i can take more but have these already on my phone.

Picked up the same unit late last week and need to install it. I like your antenna placement; it's about where I eyeballed mine. Which mount did you use?

To many people to thank for help and pioneering the mod. Today I added my Midland GMRS radio with the antenna attached to the lashing bar and cable run through the Aux point. I ran cable down the inside of B pillar. Currently the radio is in the center console. I think I'm going to move it to behind the glove box but that will be a later date when I have to connect to the aux cables.

I got the Midland Jeep bar mount.

I need to carve out some time and figure placement for the head unit and install it all. Did you use a guide for your install? Or did you post an install thread, per chance?

I did not post a install, followed someone else, I think overlandbill. The head unit currently is in my center console so I can use the 12 volt. I am at some point soon, will mount it behind my rear seats and connect directly to battery. Then run the mic cable extension under the rubber flooring and mount it under the front/side dash. The mic when in use will be attached to the air vent via a air vent attachment.

Hi,

the grab handle is the OEM one. No, just losen one screw change the panel which covers the A-pillar. Fix the new panel with the screen and fix the grab handle with two screws. Replace the covers, ready. 15 minute work…

Got Big Red out in the Vermont woods today. Scared myself a few times and had to build a rock road at one point. Swore I was gonna get stuck and have to hike out a few times. This truck is amazing. With only the center diffs locked not sure I even spun the wheels including a 30 degree climb up a wet shale rock. 3 hours of bliss.

Got Big Red out in the Vermont woods today. Scared myself a few times and had to build a rock road at one point. Swore I was gonna get stuck and have to hike out a few times. This truck is amazing. With only the center diffs locked not sure I even spun the wheels including a 30 degree climb up a wet shale rock. 3 hours of bliss.

Remounted my Wolfbox rear camera to the roof. I kept loosing adjustment mounted to the rear door, resulting in annoying heating element shadow/lines in the picture.

Didn’t have to.

I followed @Loc Nar process mostly. In his install, he used velcro, but I used VHB instead because I didn’t have velcro.

With that, to preserve the paint, I applied some scrap vinyl wrap first and then the camera w/ VHB direct mounted w/o the adjustable mounting bracket. There is enough vertical adjustment in the camera settings that the bracket isn’t needed….at least it appeared that way when I test fit it last night

The only obvious downside is that the plug is too big to fit in the panel gaps, so it remains visible. I applied tape/heat shrink to the connection to protect it. I’ll revisit wire routing after I install a roof rack in the future.
