Website password

I  have tried to change my password on the website but it will not allow me to do so. I can log on with my password  however when I enter my “old “  password as part of the process it says that it is not valid. I have sent thru web email requests for help and also rang customer help but no responses. This has gone on for a month. Help please.

Just to clarify. Are you having password problems with the forum site or with INEOS?
