Anyone get some trade in values? I was offered 51k usd for my 2024 Fieldmaster with 14k miles - wow! Insane depreciation

I'm pretty sure any dealership is going to lowball you on trade. Remember they intend to make as much profit as humanly possible reselling it.

Over the summer my local dealer contacted with me with what they called 'exceptional deals on two used trucks', both Priced in the mid 70's, guessing they probably paid similar to your offers..

Resell it yourself, maybe even consider auctioning it..
