I think it is only if your email address that you are trying to register with, actually received the email from INEOS.

The email I got re Perth for the 4-6th November was only received 25th October so there’s less than a fortnight notice.

I’d better get an email re Brisbane.

@bigleonski - I would be contacting customer service to make sure that your name and email is on any list that not only gets the email, but is an email address that can register for a drive as well. They use the email address for the registration process.
