Less than a fortnight left in the UK for pheasant and partridge. Rather sad clearing out the back of the car on Saturday.

Here’s an update with some photos of my first preserve hunt with my English Cocker Sable with my friends and my guns including 28 ga. Fair and Browning Over Unders and then my Purdey 16 ga and his brand new Rizzini 32 ga.

My Truck Vault slide out table sure makes for a great tail gate for hunting photos.

Love the photos. Sable looks identical to my cocker. The bleached ears against the brown coat always remind me of Tina Turners hair. Ridiculous but it does. I assume 32 gauge are rare in the US - never heard of one in the UK.

Not wishing to be political but hopefully The Donald will keep our esteemed government so busy on other things and they won't have time to get round to banning shooing whether for pleasure or pest control - much as we all know they would like to. If they can ban trail hunting they will probably try and ban clay pigeons as well. People might miss and accidentally hit a pigeon.
