Talking nonsense and general waffle

Wife makes amazing steak and ale pies using Old Peculier ale, makes own shortcrust pastry too.
They are the best I've ever had and I'm one of those types that always orders the same, steak and ale pie, when we go out. Has ruined going out for a meal now, I have to try other things

I bet her portions are bigger too. It's tough for a restaurant to compete with that. The way to a man's heart and all. ;)

Driving beer! Looks pretty harmless.
Take my money and venture to the dark side 😉

I cant figure out the point of non alcohol versions of alcoholic beverages. Just drink something healthy, like, water or a type of juice. Why drink empty fattening calories? ( I also Don't consume anything like coke, it's all just garbage sugar)

Totally agree, but i still drink the garbage fizzy drinks

I admit to not drinking much beer these days - and it is often 'lead free' as I'm driving. Nothing wrong with water. Fruit juice is loaded with natural sugars (not good for the diabetes!)..... at home it's water. tea. or whisky 🫨

Or teeth, wife constantly nags me, she's in the dental industry.

I have just returned from the iconic Queenstown and Arrowtown NZ and couldn't resist talking this pic to show the contrast of the old and majestic Remarkables Ski area with the modern housing and communal area in the foreground. The bike was one of my transport modes. It is a UBCO electric 2x2 bike with a range of 120klm and a top speed of 50ks, both front and rear wheel drive plus fun.
