Starlink Mini

Wow, I didn't know that. Bummer.
Not really a bummer, the space exists to do a substantially more powerful, more efficient system in the same space utilizing aftermarket components.

As Brad suggested, the GP Factor brackets and RedArc BCDC Alpha and RedArc 150Ah battery are as close to a "drop in" as you can get, and will suffice for many people's needs (not to mention gives you ~3x the usable battery capacity)

I have had my Starlink Mini for 6months or so. Used DVA mechanics mount and harness. Love the setup with security screws for easy removal. Works while mobile on trips with open sky. Spotty in the forests. I work out of my Grenadier at least one day a week doing Teams calls and online work. Works as good as being in home office as long ast I have clearing in the woods. I wish the Grenadier software would allow dual connections so I could still use Apple Carplay while connected to Starlink. Would really help in no cell coverage areas.

It seems the only solution is to use a RJ45 to usb connector and hard wire it to the starlink. That leaves the WiFi open to connect to CarPlay.

The real bummer is that 2023 models had wired CarPlay but they dropped it in 2024

It has nothing to do with the Grenadier, but the fact that your phone only supports one WIFI connection at a time.

Yes but they removed wired CarPlay
Did the Grenadier ever have wired CarPlay? I'm sure that UK models didn't at launch, 🤔 just the android auto needed it on the 2023 incarnation

To clarify. MY23 vehicles had wireless CarPlay and wired Android Auto. Both were wireless in MY24 and later vehicles
