Well mine has survived some tough conditions and no cracks. I’ve had 2 chips which I’ve repaired myself and one professional repair.

In my 1,200 mile journey at mostly 80 mph+ this past weekend, had two solid thwacks on the windshield.

Just noise. Zero cracks.

XPel windshield film saves the day. Knock on glass.

I just drove equidistant London to Inverness and back at avg 75-85 mph on our interstate highway, one way, full of Amazon/Fedex shipping trucks. Perhaps.

Plenty of Aussies like me have had cracks and windscreen replacements.

Something akin to that. The opposite of karma , which is what some superstitious bod will cry when my shield gets shattered

I used Rain-X windscreen chip repair kits.

A crack appeared on the windshield of my brand new Quartermaster… Overnight. I read this thread and it seems a known issue Now I get to test Ineos Service…

Update nearly 3 months after the crack appear: it’s still there.
An out of space call this morning with IA Belgium reseller Hedin:

- No news yet … the manager is still on holidays for two weeks … we don’t know the exact process to contact Ineos … typically they don’t want to take this on warranty …

Me: Have you contacted Ineos yet?

- Not sure … your file is not in our system anymore…

What on earth is this? I’ve been designing service centers for the past 20 years: I’ve seen bad ones but this is another level…
I don’t know if anyone has a direct contact to Ineos so I can escalate this but this is absolutely unacceptable!
