Anyone had this issue? My windows were leaking from new but didn't check the top of the Windows (just assumed it was the seals and would get fixed under warranty). I let the dealer know a couple of days after I picked it up and they said take it to your local dealer and they will sort under warranty. The dealer had quite a bit of back and forth with Ineos over a couple of months - but they have now refused warranty claim as they do not believe it to be a manufacturing fault. Dealer saying it wouldn't have been handed over with the damage (but acknowledge the leak was there). They suggested replacing the internal seal and then using some known good Windows to check if all is watertight. I have suggested they check with know good Windows now (before replacing internal seals) and if it doesn't leak then the leak must be coming from the outside seals. Anyhow, just wanted to see if anyone else has had a problem with the external seals. Fix is expensive as the Windows need replacement.

On mine they had only put on the tiniest amount of sealant. Couldn't be bothered to go through the useless dealer locally (Grange) so I cleaned off the residue and put the seals back on with a load of RTV sealant.

I also checked the drain holes were clear, yours are probably blocked with vegetation.

Probably best to name your dealer, they sound crap.
