Looks like the Ineos manual is just a deployment of Cortona3D's RapidAuthor product.

Ineos' site is situated in the Netherlands, which explains the poor performance for many of us.
Looks like Bosch just wrapped this technology to deploy ineos' instance of it.
So, nothing novel on the part of Ineos. They simply contracted this out to Bosch and this Cortona3D thing is Bosch's strategy for providing technical service information.
