Received Access to Service Manuals today...

I finally got access in mid January. Submitted initial request and proof of purchase paperwork back in November. Cool manual. Very slow for me and I've tried a number of computers an a mix of browsers. I've got fiber and pretty fast internet so it's not my connection. Could be the delay from Texas to where ever hosted. Anyone get the VIN look up tool to work? Nothing happens on my end when the number is put in and VIN lookup is clicked. No progress bar. Also - Anyone successfully set up a profile? I was hoping to setup my profile so I wouldn't have to fill out the same information every time. But when items do come up - it's pretty cool.

We have not been given access to VIN lookup and profiles. Why, I don't know but I'd guess it is to placate the dealers.

Got my access today. I originally used the form on the website two months ago, but last week I just emailed the customer service email with a copy of my registration. Received my email with login info today. 7 days.

I notice in the Workshop Manuals section there's 3 options -
1. All grenadiers - RoW and US
2. Station wagon
3. Quartermaster

Should I be using the first option? The other two are for the UK?

Looks like the Ineos manual is just a deployment of Cortona3D's RapidAuthor product.

Ineos' site is situated in the Netherlands, which explains the poor performance for many of us.

Looks like Bosch just wrapped this technology to deploy ineos' instance of it.

So, nothing novel on the part of Ineos. They simply contracted this out to Bosch and this Cortona3D thing is Bosch's strategy for providing technical service information.

Want to know why the site sucks and Ineos takes so long to provide access? It's archaic tech. look at this video from 14yrs ago. The Ineos site is basically the same lol

Send a copy of your registration to customerservice@ineosgrenadier.com to get started.

I sent an email to customer service including a copy of my registration and received access to the online service portal in about five days.
