You request access through their site. They send you an email and ask for you to respond with proof of ownership.... I got access 3-4 days after I sent my proof of ownership to email address they provided.Where did you send it? I would like to also get in line.
Registered a request 3 months ago and have never received an email or link to access the service manual. Registered again yesterday.
I emailed them, and now I'm the proud owner...Same still waiting, I don't even remember when I put my request in... lol

It seems to be slow regardless of your internet speed. I’ve not managed the VIN look up to work. I guess we’ve got the basic owners version and dealers/agents get more tools on the portal.I finally got access in mid January. Submitted initial request and proof of purchase paperwork back in November. Cool manual. Very slow for me and I've tried a number of computers an a mix of browsers. I've got fiber and pretty fast internet so it's not my connection. Could be the delay from Texas to where ever hosted. Anyone get the VIN look up tool to work? Nothing happens on my end when the number is put in and VIN lookup is clicked. No progress bar. Also - Anyone successfully set up a profile? I was hoping to setup my profile so I wouldn't have to fill out the same information every time. But when items do come up - it's pretty cool.
From the looks of it, it’s slow regardless of what country you are in.
