I’m trying to install a rearview cam. I’ve got the wiring ran to the back and need a constant power source for the backup cam.
the wire from the cam isn’t long enough to reach the brake light wires, but it will reach the rear wiper motor wires.
there are 4, and i’m assuming the Red wire is 12V power that i need. My question is, will that be a constant when the key is in the ignition and on or will it only run power when the switch is on for the motor?
Haven’t gotten my access to the technical manual from ineos yet. anyone have the answer?
