Hello all, I took my Grenadier in for the 60,000 mile check in and it was found that I had a radiator leak at the top of the radiator . It has to be replaced . The trouble is that there are no radiators in the US and back log on production. Anyone know if there is issues with the radiators as this is a part that should not hard to acquire ?

I think mine has some signs on top of the radiator also, car needs to go in in couple of months.
Will report back what the course of action will be from our dealership.

Will be warranty case i suppose

I would bet that a radiator shop could break down that unit and reseal the top. I think a lot of the radiator shops around the country have closed but if you can find one they should be able to fix it.

Sorry that would be in the US. I don't know what luck you would have in finding a shop in your location.

I Just had my radiator replaced about 3 weeks ago. I found the issue 3 days before i took it to the dealer. They turned it around with in a week. I was leaking from the top. Truck has 20,000 on it. Dealer did a great job.

This is seemingly another Achilles heel of the Grenadier. I'm now aware of a few outside of this post. All failed at the top tank. I understand you can call around and might find a dealer with one in stock. That's what a buddy did 3wks ago when his failed. He was told some ridiculous timeframe to get the radiator by the dealer. He found one at a dealer 4hrs away.

Yeah same here. Had the white crusting up along the top. My service dept. spotted the issue and flagged the warranty repair.
In and out in a few days. The hardest part was getting the coolant reservoir burped correctly, but one silver lining is my A/C Blows colder, and the Heating seems to work better too. Happy Days.
