Just lifted my new QM and Russ at local shop, Moab Off Road in Springville UT pointed out how bad the angle is now for the front drive shaft and that I could have issues with it now, especially when really stretching out its legs with the sway bars disconnected. Then I see in other threads that they're breaking and this is an ongoing issue. Anyone aware of any fixes yet? Replacement drive lines or other option to beef it up/correct?
Went with Eibach springs, replacement bars, and quick disconnects from Metalcloak. Put on Fox series 2 adjustable shocks and steering stabilizer, air bags in the rear from a Ram 1500. Fits 35x12.50 BFG TA KO2 on stock rims without any rubbing.
Looks awesome but I live in Utah and go to Moab monthly if not more and want to deal with this drive line issue before Im broken down on the trail.
Ideas? Products? Grateful for input.

You won't have a full failure on the trail. The failure is really just the boot and progressively louder drivetrain. Catastrophic failure is basically non existent in the Grenadier so far although maybe two instances have been noted. But that seemed to be an assembly error.

FYI I'll be at Jail House Cafe in the AM before I head back out to Texas.

I was talking to someone, who talked to another person. That person said, Ineos is looking to address the boot failure. Their solution is a thicker rubber for the boot that is also stronger. Could be real or made up but I'm leaning on truthful rumor.

Ah, I see. Ok that makes sense. Thank you. The more Ive read about this and with the guy pointing to another thread on the issue looks like theres good options coming. My dealer said they've tried Agiles driveshaft replacement.

There is a solution already in the US, John Brindell knows his stuff pretty well. I believe it was installed for the Baja 1000 that he just ran too. He is really active on our INEOS Grenadier Owners - USA Facebook group if you want to check that out or reach out to him. I am still yet to see anyone running it and talk about it.

I just noticed this a min ago... suprised there isn't more talk about it. Stealth release.

I'm gonna get one after I break mine.

If you ask Agile about the shaft they will admit that it does not run free of vibrations at all speeds and throttle positions. If that is not important to you then it is most definitely stronger and will eliminate the issue of boot failure.
