Hello I have made an order for a Grenadier, The payment went through but the website crashed and hence the order did not get processed. Ineos are dealing with this but I was wondering if any other people had a similar issue. Hans
 
Hi Hans,
I experienced similar problems. After some hours I succeeded to get an order confirmation, but other important items / information, such as invoice, configuration details  manufacturing month are still missing after 9 days from order date. Customer support promised to follow-up, but no update so far.
 
Hello Helmut, Same here Ineos suggested to redo the order but no resolution on who to credit the $4200AUD already spent but not reimbursed
