Offroad-Tec new products

We have spent a lot of time in the developent of new products for the Greni! We can use our experiences of the last 16 years producing LR Defender/ Jeep Wrangler/ Toyota LC parts. All our products are handcrafted - here in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern/ Germany!

We are happy about our new customers all over the world!

New products:
- FLATRACK ADAPTED: Easy to install roof rack system, clamped at the "handrail" in the roof area. NO contact to the Grenadier roof. This is very important to prevent roof damages if you use your Grenadier for overlanding/ expedition. We can provide custom made solutions - please ask us! On monday we fit the first systems on our customer cars. The production is started, first we supply the customer of the waiting list!
- Airline rail system (upper rail). This solution is the best and easiest way to fit load at the side of your Grenadier. For this product line we have constructed a few accessories: jerry can brackets, MOLLE (Airline), sand ladder brackets ERGO + table board + sand ladders, offroad-kitchen (we produce them since 2010 for the Defender), custom made solutions, ...
. FLATRACK consoles for fitment with standard roof bars. These brackets are used in our roof rack system, too.
- MOLLE system with multi brackets (hand rail mouunt). Many accessories like tred sand boards, fuel tanks (overland fuel 9L or 20L jerry cans), ...
- mounting pate for CTEK solar module (plug&play)
- offroad-kitchen
- FLATRACK USD: This bracket is constructed to be fitted at the "hand rail" to be combinied with the accessories for the airline Rails
- Multibracket adaption for black sheep roof racks

Next week we prepare the light bar for the first fitment!

In the attachement you will find the pictures of the new products.

Nice work. I would love to see a video of how this unfolds and sets up in practice, and no issues unfolding and using as a table with two Maxtrax minis clipped to the molle plate? I want to see how fiddly this thing is. Looks awesome!
Hello Loc Nar,

the shown sand ladder brackets are constructed a few years ago for the Land Rover Defender or Wrangler. We produce the ERGO since 2020, the standard version (universal) since 2008. The brackets are expedition tested - our customers are all over the world. You can use it with sand ladders - alloy or plastic!

Here's the link to a youtube video - ERGO at our Wrangler - for example!

The releasing of the brackets at the Grenadier is a little bit tricky - we found a solution with the line and the airline fitting (red coloured). At the version with the Multibrackets this is the solution! If you fit a airline rail to the Grenadier (under the gutter) you can use the EGO's for Grenadier with the relase button on the outer side. This version is compatible with a gullwing - no vertical brackets needed!

Look at the picture with the white Greny!

I quite like the idea of a working table in that location.

Does it rattle much?

Any thought about adding a hand turned knuckle screw up on top to connect the folding piece with the attachment to the grab bar to eliminate any chance of rattle when driving? The locking pins looks like they would start rattling pretty quickly once they start wearing down a bit. Simple knurled screw into a welden in nut would eliminate that possibility
Hello Parb,

there's no rattle!

We have constructed these brackets for offroad use! We have many years experience with these products. The drop arms are "bedded" in rubber buffer.

OK - when the Grenadier lies on the side it rattles :).

All parts are made out of stainless steel. The closure is industry tested.

Markus,

Thanks for the confirmation. Went on your website. From the pictures it looks like the bottom of the table rests against the side of the car when in a folded out position. Is that true? If so, Any protection on that lip to protect the car from scratches from metal to metal contact? How much weight do you think the take can handle safely?

I really like that table. Great idea.

Hello Parb,

the table solution is constructed for the Grenadier. There is no contact to the body! At all areas we have enough space to the body! No lips or rubber buffer needed!

The table is prepared for 20 kg "load" if unfolded (usable as table for breakfast, cooking, ....). It can load much more, but the airline rails of the Grenadier are proofed for 40 kg (user manual)!
If the table is folded in you can carry your sandbords (alloy sand boards 2x ~ 12 kg) - you can load 15 kg....

To repair the gearbox please use a work bench :).

Any chance it will hold a standard Jerry can? Maybe create a lockable Jerry can holder as well?

Hello Angus,
thank you for your post!

We have a jerry can bracket for our MOLLE system. We don't use lockable jerry can brackets, because a well done "lock" = many damages! But I can have a look for a lockable solution! Here's a pic of our jerry can bracket on MOLLE!

Regards - MarkusOT_MOLLE_Grenadier_ (43).jpg

The brackets are similar to our mount plate "Kanister" for the Land Rover's :)!
This is the Grenadier solution - without MOLLe without multibrackets and with airline rails (glued without bolts/rivets!).

Does the commercial version come with two rows of l track in the rear? US spec Trialmasters only have the row on the bottom.

First fitment of our offroad kitchen!

We placed the kitchen box at our multibrackets for the Grenadier to show the fitment situation. A second version of fitment we will show you soon 😊.

The next step is the powder coating - then the offroad- kitchen is available for our waiting customers!

The box will have to straps, 2 closures - lockable.

Regards - Markus

Today we tested the FLATRACK ADAPTED roof bar version on the Grenadier. This solution is a low profile product with standard roof bars! We use roof bars from Rhino rack!

We can deliver the roof bar version with brackets ADAPTED on 2 rail bolts or with brackets for 3 bolts! Every bracket pair can be combinied with 1, 2 or 3 roof bars!

The HD roof bars have no contract to the roof rails - no damage for your roof!

We have a lot conversions in production - if you have any wishes/questions - please ask us!

Regards - Markus
