So you can strip 23kgs out, which sounds like a decent amount and maybe across multiple items but not impact an existing type approval; or I assume it doesn't?
 
Even though a small (0.85% of total) weight change but it only impacts diesel cars - so I guess it must be changes to structure of large weight items like engine, transmission, engine mounts, adblue tank etc.
