Hello, my name is David and I am the owner of a second-hand 2-seater Ineos Grenadier since February 2025. I have converted it into a camper and driven more than 20,000 km since then.
I think it’s a great car, very capable, and I’m very happy with it, but the problem I have here in the north of Spain, at least, is the complete lack of after-sales service.
I’ve been looking for spare parts for 2 months to repair a hit I gave the car at the end of June, and there has been no response from Ineos.
Apart from that, I have an issue with the differential lock sensor, a water leak in the front windshield, and some other faults with the car.

I’ve been calling the after-sales representative in Spain, and there is simply no way to get a response or even delivery timelines, and I’m starting to feel a bit desperate.
That’s why I’ve ended up here in this forum, to see if there’s any way to get parts for the car directly in Europe.

I am contacting the person directly responsible for Ineos Automotive After-Sales in Spain and it is terribly frustrating and useless. There is no way to get any real response to the problem. The only reply I get is: 'We know this is an issue and we are working on it.' Other than that, nothing at all...

In the meantime, I’ve had to dismantle the front part myself and try to fix the damage as best as I could in order to be able to drive, because the impact was preventing the wheel from turning.

Honestly, I don’t know what else to do. That’s why I’m here, trying to look for a solution directly.

You must have had similar impact as me. I did the same, and have since ordered parts straight form the dealer. You may want to call other dealers, in other areas, to possibly get some help. My parts are coming from the INEOS depot in Belgium. I since have changed to a full aftermarket front bumper, to eliminate the need to get the bumper wings. I have the cooler intake shroud coming today, and fender is about 2 more weeks out.

This was my damage, preventing wheel from turning. I used a winch on my FJ80 to pull bumper out so I could turn.
Also with the introduction of the manual in our hands, there are people, like me, that can get you part numbers to make it easier to help your dealer order.

I can try and dig out the parts diagrams from the portal for the left side front end if that helps.

Understood. When we had crash damage we sourced replacement components through the nearest dealer (in our case this was Sewell Ineos in San Antonio, TX - a long way from our home dealer which is Purnell Adventure in Sydney, Australia).

Sewell worked with Ineos Automotive US After-Sales to agree on the best way to meet our needs.
In our case the decision was made to scavenge a test vehicle in order to minimise delays for us.

The only suggestion one can offer here is to get a dealer in your camp and work through them as they have the routine relationship with Ineos After-Sales and have the systems access etc to manage your parts order.

Ineos has stepped up directly to assist us when no dealer is avaialble in region (in our case, here in South America). Otherwise one presumes that they would/should default to supporting the service agent network rather than the end customer directly.

Hello Itsdzhz . Yes it looks like we have had the same parts wrecekd.
Thanks for the information but the dealer is saying to me that they are out of stock from Ineos from the wing panel which in case of being truth is ridicoulous to me.
In fact i'm contacting with after sales Ineos Automotive Manager here in Spain Who is the one which is not helping at all.
However i would love to be able to ask directly to Ineos Europe to see if they have the part or not.
Did you contact direct with Belgium ? If so, do you have the contact in order to send them a message?

I will continue looking around but the problem is that the after sales manager of ineos here is not helping at all so i'm trying to contact other's directly to find if i can solve the problem.
Very sad from Ineos side honestly to have this service here.

Thanks a lot for the help but the problem is to know who to ask for as Ineos after sales here is not giving an aswer at all. I've been behind them for 2 months now and no answer rather than " we are working on it..."
They know perfectly which are the parts but no answer.
What i would need is to contact with other European Ineos Automotive after sales.
