Were actually hodaying in Cumbria at the minute, a wee jolly over ther border to anoy the southerners!

Only kidding, can't really off road in Scotland so need to come south for the good stuff.

I was wondering, are any parts of the General Wade Military Road, that are off roadable or is it all either B roads now or through private estates?

Nah, all b roads and paved to different extents.

Quite a lot of the roads up in the Highlands are semi off-road grade

Off the old military roads, some of the lanes down in the cairngorms are still somewhat hard work. But others like the east coast lane down lock Ness are very much a well maintained b road.
