New dealer, in Oxford maybe.

I thought I would try and let people know what an excellent experience I have just had with the Ineos dealer, Heritage, in Gloucester. At the end of last week, the clip came off the top hose to the radiator, lost coolant, engine overheated, the Ineos Recovery Service (AA) did an excellent job to fashion a temporary replacement and get me back on the road. I now needed a dealer to replace the water in the cooling system with proper coolant, replace the clip etc etc. The only dealer that really helped me out was Heritage in Gloucester. Courtesy of a quick referral from Simon in the showroom, David, the very knowledgeable engineer, was on the case very quickly, formed a plan and did the work within a few days. I am very grateful to them for their responsiveness and to the old fashioned dedicated customer service that we all long for. Well done Heritage.
Heritage is posting they are permanently closed on Google. You go to their website and Ineos is listed but when you click the name it brings you to home page. Finally, no signs of any inventory.

It's a disastrous time for car dealers. New car sales are at an all time low, used not much better. Nobody wants used EVs to make it worse.

The judgement in May around the mis-sold finance agreements could be devastating for the whole industry.

Expect many dealers including Ineos ones to shut shop in the next few months.

I hope the Oxford dealership comes to fruition,. Currently live in Kent and have lost The Sevenoaks and Colchester Stratstone dealers, and am moving to Worcestershire and now Heritage seem to have evaporated too. Going to be a bugger to get the truck serviced at this rate. Plus the residual of the warrantee / emerging recalls too

Wow, I had no idea that Heritage Gloucester was closing. I have text David Miles (assuming he still has the phone) to see what's going on and whether they've moved to the Honda Branch? (fingers crossed)

Dave said he is going to the Honda branch, but not to do Ineos - at least he still has a job

Glad to hear he's still employed. Do you know about the rest of the team - Simon, Tony?

Is Ineos Automotive having that much of a hard time?

Another point I didn't mention, our current government are intending to ban petrol and diesel new vehicles in under 5 years.
So little point in trying to make a business successful with that hanging over the industry.

I had an email from Heritage saying the Honda branch will continue IA servicing, but can't confirm on warranty work just yet. So there is still servicing available in Gloucester
