Yes, they were from Nolden, a Cologne, Germany based company which produces their lights in Taiwan.

BTW, Nolden is the direct neighbour of Matzker, the Ineos Dealer in Cologne.

Nolden is best known for their military LED lights and their quality. The last year of the Defender received Nolden 7" lights, which were also used for many military G Wagon.

Ineos Automotive is a business, if they can get the same quality for less money, they will go the China. Capitalism in action.

This is not a crazy concept! I chatted with my dealer about Inoes' desire to build Grenadiers in the U.S., and if that does happen it is possible that the units from the Hambach factory, built by the people with deep experience (Magna, AMG), could become even more desirable given the parts sourcing and skill that went into them.

I hope to one day be watching a TV should that values cars and hear an appraiser say, "See that 'BUILT IN HAMBACH' sticker? Not all Grenadiers have that sticker. And because yours does, well... you might want to sit down before I tell you how much it's worth."

Absolutely. I would even say, they would also go to China if price and quality are lower.

News flash, China is an economic powerhouse. BTW, the Porsche Carrera GT sourced some of their carbon fiber from China as well. The Model S Plaid's entire forged and cast aluminum suspension arms and subframes are China-made. Our Tremec transfer case is outta Mexico. Parts come from all over the world and this contributes to keeping more money in your pocket as an IG owner, let alone having IA or any other auto company for that matter exist at all.

The number of BYD vehicles in Brazil is staggering.

I just got a chance to look over a 2026. And discussed changes. The only changes the dealer could confirm was that the rear view mirror now has the driver monitoring system and they largely ditched the KO2's due to traction control issues. I looked the drive shaft over carefully and it's identical to the old shaft. Other than that they said the truck is functionally the same as 2025.

I think BFG will be using the KO3 and the successor of the KO2 and may have stopped KO2 production. Not 100% though.

Think so discontinued, but most tyre retailers in the UK still have KO2s, could just be running the stocks down.

So my new one is in. They still need to mount all accessories. For those interested, the lights have been thoroughly changed. I attach some pics. You can see it’s a multi-led now. Also 2 rings.

The headlights on my 2024 U.S. Grenadier seem to have a lateral ‘dark band’ in the light pattern, both at the low and high beam setting. I would consider an upgrade if these are better…
