Let’s talk Update 24.1

Mine QM was updated today. I can confirm the OSW stays off permanently now. Took the dealer over 4 hours to update.
I haven't had it long enough to tell if there is any other improvements or fixses

Your QM is a 25 or 25.2, so the update adds ADAS ignition-persistence but fixes other things that the 24.1's had fixed a while ago

Given that the truck isn’t from the USA I don’t see why Kanada would be dependent on what’s happening in the People Republik of the United States. But regardless it’s a total joke that Ineos tells my dealer there’s no update. Yet people are adamant that there is but no one with a 24.1 vehicle has had access to said updates. I’m frankly just tired of the bullshit. Nothing comes from this company, Manuals? Nope! Update? Nope!
Service reset? Nope! Better Customer Service? Nope! So it’s all one bull shit line after another. Either post the update, or put out a social media post or do something. But nothing more silence from Calder, more of nothing. And everyone on here defending this company like it’s some golden child.
Very sorry that you have such resentment as an early adopter. In much of your deliberation, it sounds justified in your situation and locality.
I can assure you, that at a Ineos sponsored event, corporate service and tech, were present and performed a field update on a factory/dealer 24.1 using a USB for HU flash, and it was successful. This was the release candidate for US 24.1 vehicles, and has since been installed on customer vehicles.

I don’t believe it is in the hands of dealers in general at this point, but everything else stated is 100% accurate.

I had the first dealer maintenance on my 2024 Fieldmaster today at 9,000 miles and six months. My truck is a February 2024 build so it's a 24.1, not a 24.2. I can confirm that my dealer (KO in Framimgham, Mass.) does not yet have the software update available for 24.1 builds (so it looks like another few weeks of living with ADAS).

I did get the door locks and key fobs replaced under the warranty replacement (the original had really started to misbehave over the last couple of months). Also got a button pusher for the start stop switch from the aftermarket parts specialist (ROKO) associated with my dealer (KO).

So what’s the deal, why is it the older vehicles with less safety protocols still have no update? Anyone with a pre 17 000 VIN remains un softwared. I’ve spoken to my dealership, and Ineos “Customer service” with promises of “soon” and “imminently” and “Before end of month” (That was May)
My dealership has gone through another service department change of staff and the new guy although pretty decent to chat with is not up to speed and has not been able to help. Hopefully Service manager #4 lasts longer than the previous 3! (But that’s off topic)

So does anyone have any indication of when those of us with the older trucks will get the long promised yet to be delivered update?
It is officially released as of this morning!
